Description
In this hands-on cooking class, Sous Chef Alex of renowned french restaurant Bar-roue, will teach the participants how to correctly cut up a whole chicken for the 3 dishes. Mastering these 3 dishes will allow the participants to cook a balanced and flavourful meal for a family of 4-5 using just 1 whole chicken. The 3 delicious dishes are:-
  • Chicken salad
  • Chicken Gordon Bleu
  • Roasted chicken leg with mashed potato, root vegetables and mushroom
Chef Alex will also teach the participants how to plate the 3 dishes so they not only taste good, but they will look great.
